- 1 introductory call with team leader (30 minutes)
- One:one calls with team members (30 minutes)
- (Optional) TRACOM Social Style® assessment – or – Five Behaviors Assessment®
- In-person* or virtual team workshops
- 4-6 weeks between workshops
- Workshop duration: 2 – 4 hours (to be determined upon consult with team leader)
